Ramsay's Kitchen
Prepare for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey with Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay in this new casually refined and bustling restaurant at Harrah's Las Vegas where you can experience some of Gordon's classics and favorites such as Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Ruth's Chris Steak House Las Vegas
Located on the second floor of Harrah’s, this location features two uniquely designed and updated private dining rooms, encased in floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning Strip views including Caesars Palace and The Forum Shops. With a steak selection to rival any five-star Las Vegas restaurant, each cut of USDA Prime beef we serve arrives sizzling and cooked to perfection. Plus enjoy an award-winning wine list paired to perfection, or sip on hand-crafted cocktails like Blueberry Mojito and Broad Street Hurricane Martini.

Fulton Street Food Hall
All your favorite foods under one roof, with a marketplace full of fresh selections made by chefs throughout the day. What could be more fun than creating your own salad, building your own pizza, and more? Dine here or take it to go. Open 24 hours.

Oyster Bar Las Vegas
With fresh shrimp, lobster, crab, and of course, oysters, served up by friendly chefs, the Oyster Bar is a seafood lover's dream.

Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay
Acclaimed Chef Bobby Flay brings you his twist on the American classic hamburger, fries, and shake combo. Get ready to enjoy made-to-order signature items like the Bacon Crunchburger topped with potato chips and Bobby’s sauce to Bobby’s favorite housemade Cookies & Cream milkshake. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Pizzacake by Buddy Valastro
Buddy’s New York-style pizzeria serves a piece of heaven any way you slice it, with options for freshly made pizza or dessert. The new fast-casual concept is located at Harrah’s on the Vegas Strip.

Starbucks
Everybody’s favorite signature espresso drinks, tasty blended iced brews, teas, breakfast sandwiches and grilled paninis, served up from two locations inside Harrah’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Both locations are conveniently located on level one with one location near the Hotel Lobby and the other located by Piano Bar.

Walk-on's
Based in Baton Rouge, Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux was founded in 2003 by Brandon Landry, a former walk-on basketball player at LSU. Guests will enjoy a Louisiana-inspired menu featuring made-from-scratch dishes including Crawfish Etouffee, Duck & Andouille Gumbo and Krispy Kreme Donut Bread Pudding. Plus, with more than 60 TVs around the restaurant, this is the go-to destination for a sports dining experience.

Ben & Jerry's
Want to have your Ben & Jerry's ice cream the way it was originally intended? Dig into any of our delicious ice cream flavors in the way the first scoops were served up by Ben and Jerry back in 1978. Find it located up the escalator on the 2nd floor, and enjoy sundaes, shakes, smoothies, and freshly made waffle cones.

EASA's Housing Policy

  • In an effort to avoid costly hotel penalties and keep registration fees low, all registrants requiring a hotel who have not booked a hotel room in the official EASA housing block will be charged an additional $200 USD.
  • EASA’s official hotel is Harrah's Las Vegas.
  • If attendees book in the official EASA housing block and later cancel their reservation (but still attend), the additional $200 will be charged.
  • You will need to provide a confirmation number in order to save the $200.
  • Please direct any questions on this policy to dshuter@easa.com.

Beware of Room Pirates

Be wary of hotel room pirates! EASA will never have anyone call or email you to make a hotel reservation!

All room reservations for the 2024 EASA Convention must be made directly with Harrah's Las Vegas using the link provided here.

RESERVE YOUR ROOM

Rooms reserved using other vendors, such as Global Housing Corp., CMI Event Travel, Travel Partner International (TPI), CBS International, and Trade Show Planners are NOT part of EASA's official room block. You will be subject to EASA housing penalties resulting in higher registration fees, and rooms secured from these vendors are not guaranteed.
